The Service allows users to create and manage events, and for other users to attend these events for a fee. Users are also able to pay a yearly subscription fee to access certain premium features of the Service.

Subscription Fees

Users who wish to access premium features of the Service must pay a yearly subscription fee. The amount of this fee will be clearly displayed on the App and/or website. Subscription fees are non-refundable and will automatically renew each year unless cancelled by the user.

Payment Processing

All payments made through the Service will be processed through a third-party payment processor. Users must provide accurate and up-to-date billing information to the payment processor in order to complete any transactions through the Service.

User Content

Users are solely responsible for any content they create, upload, post, or otherwise make available through the Service ("User Content"). By uploading or posting User Content, users grant Company a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute the User Content for any purpose.

Payment for Event Creation

Users who create events through the Service may receive payment from other users who attend their events. Company will take a commission from these payments. The amount of the commission will be clearly displayed on the App and/or website.

Prohibited Conduct

Users may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. Users may not violate any laws in their jurisdiction while using the Service, and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Company and is protected by United States and international copyright laws. Users may not use any content on the Service without Company's express written permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and without warranty of any kind. Company does not warrant that the Service will meet users' requirements or be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. Company is not responsible for the accuracy, reliability, or quality of any User Content.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Company be liable for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, arising out of or in connection with the use of the Service.
